Neither me. ;) Some time ago I tried to make a patch (without thinking!!!) for
man-db program to correctly (I still do not know what this means :) choose what
manpage to show. Me too, I tried to find something that would help me to
understand what to do in this case and found nothing.
At the moment, I'd suggest to use the [set of] record(s) that matches LC_ALL,
LC_MESSAGE, LANG (in this order according to locale(7)). If there is no match,
to fallback to English variant (which seems to be mandatory).
