I'm not the leader of the boot-floppies team or anything, just a lowly
worker bee (I maintain busybox and help with the boot floppies as I
have time). That said, I used the latest boot floppies and was able to
install a new server at my Dad's office over the weekend. It worked
great, and (other than the need for 10 floppies) was much nicer than the
slink install.

There were a few minor problems: ownership on /dev entries, and no
setuid binaries after install. Both of those were _my_ fault as the
busybox maintainer, bugs I'd left lurking in busybox's tar. Those would
be grave bugs, except I just checked fixes for both of these into CVS.

All in all, I think the boot floppies are looking very nice at the
moment, IMHO,
