Yes -- did you expect it to be rebooted?

Well, on a proper installation, we get linux and sysmap and kernel
modules off the rescue disk and drivers disks.  However, for testing
base and that the stuff in base all works properly, it shouldn't
matter much...

Full dbootstrap testing should be underway soon.  There are still many
many nasty aspects to dbootstrap and the whole install system I'm
hoping we can fix in the next few weeks.
