Dear all

I'm not sure whether it is a bug or not, let me describe it shortly.
During installation of debian linux 2.1 I gave the System a username and =
password ( different ones ).
After rebooting the machine the system refused to accept it.=20
After the second installation ( harddisc partitioning included ) I gave =
other names to the system, but the system still refuses my input.....

Could you please help me in any way ?

Thanks in advance

Juerg

Either you did not respond to our proposed fix, or else we believe
this bug was fixed in the newest versions of boot-floppies, since we
can't reproduce it.

Let us know if you are able to respond to our response, and we can
reopen/fix this bug, if it exists..
