umount -a segfaults; reboot system

umount -a is segfaulting on i386 anyhow.

In utilities/dbootstrap/reboot_system.c, we read:

  kill(1, SIGUSR2);

This seems to somewhat work... but is it the right thing to do?
Shouldn't we just run 'reboot'?
