We realize that Debian is more difficult to install than it should be.
I think we face unique challenges in the project that sometimes gum us
up a little.

Um, well, have you read the Install Manual?  We have a multi-phase
installation system.  First you install the base system, and then you
boot into the base system, install the rest of the system from there.

We have a lot of people who are using TFTP, NFS, or even floppy
installation.  This technique ensures consistency and maximum
compatability.

Can you be more specific about what problems you encountered?
