As I pinted out before, Depends is the only thing of real use. So a
task-c-dev-doc package installing the docs is the best solution.

objc-compiler will have to be left out then.

Which of the two packages providing libstdc++-dev should be used as
the real package as alternative for the virtual package?

Also c-compiler and c++-compiler need real alternatives.

I also still need a maintainer for the package. I am not qualified for 
this task package in any way in any way.
