7.6 ``Partition a Hard Disk''

You never explain how one creates a swap partition using the mac-fdisk
program.  Since the program is very rudimentary compared to the i386 fdisk
program, it is not at all obvious -- trying "C" with type 82 didn't do it,
neither did "C" with a "swap" type... I'm running out of ideas?
