Bug#37595: Acknowledgement (dbootstrap should honor tecra images)

I have viewed the code of dinstall (slink version) and have to
admit that this bug needs a redesign of chose_medium.c.

Currently it's looking for resc1440.bin but then strips the filename
and displays the pathname.

I guess the best way to deal with this is to add a flag to the
tecra rescue disk so that dbootstrap knows that it is running
from a tecra image and will use resc1440tecra.bin instead of
resc1440.bin.
