Bug#37595: dbootstrap should honor tecra images

What Oliver describes is that he's booting off of our CD #2 which
has the tecra images as boot image activated. Afterwards dinstall
wants to read 'kernel and drivers' but insists in using resc1440.bin
instead of resc1440tecra.bin.
Thus I propose that dbootstrap will look for both files when looking
for the rescue floppy.
