Bug#19582: Fwd: HELP: Debian 1.3.1, Boot floppy hangs
We suspect the bug you reported about the hang of your laptop
has been fixed in the 2.1.9 series boot-floppies -- It probably
was a kernel problem. Can you test the newer boot floppies and
see if they boot properly on you machine? Please let us know.
Try the tecra disks if the standard ones don't work.
You can download the boot-floppies images from any debian
archive, in dists/stable/main/disks-i386/current/
