please please please put 1.1.10 in slink!

Ardo, I've tested 1.1.10 extensively. The problem is we can't build
the slink boot-floppies package without it. I want to put a versioned
*depends*on the package into our boot-floppies control file, but it's
not part of slink!
Could you either backport the URL fixes to the current slink version,
or just upload a 1.1.11 with no code changes to frozen?
