blends-dev moved to Salsa (Was: Websentinel Git moved to Salsa)

I've also issued merge request for AliothRewriter.
The Blends Git repository on Alioth[1] is now empty. There are some
remaining users repositories:

I do not think that these will contain important stuff and do not plan
to do anything about these.
Remaining things to do:
1. Save content of some French translation attempt of the docs in SVN[2]
(I guess I'll simply throw this into a branch of blends repository)
2. Migrate debichem SVN[3] to Salsa. That's a bit tricky and I asked[4]
the Debichem team to take over (or at least give some advise what they
prefer)
3. Migrate Debian Edu metapackages (in Debian Edu Git[5]). Debian Edu
team will (hopefully) care in a mass migration of all their packages[6]
Once this is done the migration of Blends related repositories to Salsa
is finished from my perspective. Please correct me if I forgot
something.
