As I pointed out in my first reply, then Debian is not the right fit for
you.

The vast majority of people in developing countries use cellphones,
which are at best 32bit ARM-based computers (yes, a few are 64-bit
nowadays but unlikely at a sizable amount in developing countries).

Huh? Where did you hear that? It is not true.

I don't know. What I do know that personally I am currently migrating
from 64-bit (Intel Atom-based servers and AMD Kabini laptops) towards
32-bit (ARM-based servers and laptops).

Debian is huge, so as to hopefully be flexible enough to cover the needs
of anyone - including minimalists like myself.

What are your own needs?

Sorry, no: I do not understand your frustration - I suspect it is rooted
in some kind of misunderstanding.

If Debian is part of some kind of conspiracy aimed at "the common user"
(which is you?) then it is so deeply rooted that I am unable to see it.

Please do not install Debian from DVD - that is a waste of bandwidth
which is why we strongly discourage that on our download page.
