I think i am at the last stage of debian customization.

1) I have a pool contating installer-i386 , assicoated udebs , debs of

3) Once again doing 'make bootable' has no error ( strange) :

4) I burned the image and while installing it is asking me
' Choose a mirror of the debian archive' and not using my pool of CD.
Where sud i change to make debian-installer read from the CD instead
of the ftp sites.
I was running in the same error than you, I think, but I got success
over it. Two things could be happening here. First, you are using an
"incomplete" task list in make bin-list or make list proccess. Second,
if the task list is complete, probably there are missing components
like base-installer, autopartkit, and many others importants udeb to
your installer works.
That choose mirror step is assigned to a udeb called choose-mirror and
is only needed when you are looking to get packages from remote server,
if you remove it from your local repository then this step will be
removed from installer proccess.
