Hmm, that's not my understanding.  Once the tasks are in tasksel, the 
packages can place themselves in those tasks using the Task: field.  In 
fact, it's better if the packages are *not* frozen, so we can change 
them to add them to these tasks.

Okay, I've just filed bug #131217 requesting these three tasks.  I'll 
post again when/if it's closed.
