The Buster version 0.9.6.9 (release Dec 23, 2018) has been obsoleted and does NOT work correctly for google translate (it reports something about high school .... seriously), yandex only works 4 times (then begins to report serious errors after 4 uses) Bing reports 404 errors. apertium... whatever also reported errors.
They current translate-shell
Version 0.9.6.11 (release Jul 25, 2019) Installed without issue, then I tested google translate yandex and bing, those work, apertium doesn't return a thing (but no errors).
It's a suggestion anyhow.
