Mattia got this error:

Which is actually not just a suggestion but the right thing to do here.

The general rule is: whenever your push to dgit repos succeeds (i.e. the
push that Nikolaus did, of these tags) but the upload to the archive
fails (i.e. his attempt to dput the package), you should always use a
version number.

This is so that the history on dgit-repos is fast-forwarding.

So, Nikolaus should do something like this:

    % dch Try upload again.
    % dch -r
    % # git commit, git push etc.

and then Mattia does a `dgit push --dpm --new <etc>`.

It's inconvenient.  dgit does not know enough about what exactly DMs can
do to prevent the mistake before the push.
