$ dpkg -l|grep python-gpg
$ dpkg -l|grep libgpgme11
ii  libgpgme11:amd64                        1.8.0-3+b2
                 amd64 GPGME - GnuPG Made Easy (library)
$ dpkg -l|grep libgcrypt20
ii  libgcrypt20:amd64                       1.7.6-2+deb9u2
                 amd64 LGPL Crypto library - runtime library

My system didn't have python-gpg, so I try to install it, which is
1.8.0-3+b2 in stretch.
After that, I confirm it still works.
