Sorry, my GMail decided that debian bpo was Rhonda. My bad. 

I want to confirm:
 - whether it always occurs, or just sometimes
 - whether your clock is correct
 - what version of debian are you using, stretch or jessie

1/ Always occurs
2/ My clock is correct. 4:11pm UTC+2 at the time of writing
3/ Stretch AMD64
