so i "accidentally" uploaded a package to stretch-backports just after i
uploaded it to sid (i was just in a packaging frenzy, and did not
consider the backports policy).

apologies.

however, now that this has happened:
would it be acceptable to just let the package linger in backports-NEW
until it has hit testing?
