systemd update in Jessie backports?

Hi folks,

apparently the systemd-based lXC containers get stuck in /sbin/init
at boot time, if the host is using sysvinit-core. The logfile says

Failed to mount cgroup at /sys/fs/cgroup/systemd: Operation not permitted

This happens only for containers based on Jessie (systemd version
215-17+deb8u5 or 230-7~bpo8+2).

The containers running Stretch (systemd version 232-23) don't have
this problem, so I wonder if it would be possible to update the
systemd backport for Jessie?

I am bound to some HA tools, so replacing sysvinit by systemd on the
host is not an option.
