The packages can now processed again by the include command but buildinfo are ignored. The packages can be found at: http://ftp.cyconet.org/pub/debian/archive/bpo/reprepro/4.17.1-1~bpo8+2/ You also can install them staight using[1] my own jessie-backports repository. Cheers, Jan.
