Add the line to /etc/apt/sources.list
        deb http://ftp.de.debian.org/debian sid main

Then do
        sudo apt-get update
        sudo apt-get install freecad

Free Cad problem solved "You have held broken packages" - Free Cad now 
installs like a breeze, without any problems.
