I did mean to upload to backports anyway, just lost a little track of it

If it helps, we (Ubuntu) backported bcache-tools 1.0.7-1 to Ubuntu
Trusty in a no change backport. I'm not aware of any issues, though
I have prepared a simple rebuild (see attached diff).
