Well, looking at the state of this package in Debian:

    kibi@chloe:~$ rmadison devtodo
    devtodo | 0.1.20-5 | oldoldstable | source, amd64, armel, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, sparc
    devtodo | 0.1.20-6 | oldstable | source, amd64, armel, armhf, i386, ia64, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390, s390x, sparc
    devtodo | 0.1.20-6 | unstable | source, amd64, armel, armhf, hurd-i386, i386, kfreebsd-amd64, kfreebsd-i386, mips, mipsel, powerpc, s390x, sparc

See how it's missing in testing. Let's look at the BTS. Oh, two FTBFS
bug reports:

    #723964 [S|+| ] [src:devtodo] devtodo: FTBFS: required file './compile' not found
    #779551 [S| | ] [devtodo] devtodo: FTBFS, should Build-Depends on libtool-bin

The former should be of some interest.

Mraw,
KiBi.
