please REMOVE libgit2 from squeeze-backports-sloppy

So disregard the previous SNAFU about libgit2 on wheezy: it's there and
it's fine. It is just that UDD is slower than:

https://api.ftp-master.debian.org/madison

I was also trying to install "libgit2" instead of "libgit2-21" (ouch.).

But the squeeze-backports-sloppy release still needs to be removed.

api.ftp-master.d.o agrees:

$ rmadison -u https://api.ftp-master.debian.org/madison libgit2
libgit2    | 0.21.1-3~bpo7+1    | buildd-wheezy-backports  | source
libgit2    | 0.21.1-3~bpo7+1    | wheezy-backports         | source
libgit2    | 0.21.1-3           | stable                   | source
libgit2    | 0.21.1-3           | stable-kfreebsd          | source
libgit2    | 0.21.3-1.1~bpo60+1 | squeeze-backports-sloppy | source
libgit2    | 0.22.2-2           | testing                  | source
libgit2    | 0.22.2-2           | unstable                 | source
