Please check this list. Do you think about the thread with the subject "Re: Bug#757549: owncloud: DB-Errors on Migration 6.0.3 to 7.0.0" ? In this thread there was _just an error message but no malfunction_. In my case the upgrade _stopped_ after the above shown message.I am not sure… I think…After thinking about the problem I now could finish upgrade by mv /usr/share/owncloud/apps/user_ldap /usr/share/owncloud/apps/user_ldap# Now - not surprisingly - authentication for users does not work any more. When I rename the directory back to "user_ldap" again, every click in the web interface leads to "Failed to upgrade "user_ldap".".I read about this being an upstream issue with the ldap app and that there wasa link to a fix, but I don´t remember the exact details as… I don´t use ldap auth. Ciao,
On the upstream issue tracker of owncloud [1] you will encounter several DB upgrade problems.
I know from several owncloud issue tracker posts that the owncloud developers are trying to fix several DB upgrade systems. So stay tuned for owncloud 7.0.2 and check upstream's bug reports. If you find something similar compared to your issue, there probably will be fix presented there, as well.
