The last time I set up a wanna-build instance, it was fairly easy to do: all you needed was run quinn-diff from cron over the Packages and Sources files in your archive (once for every architecture you support), feed the output of that into wanna-build, and tadaa, you have a wanna-build database with which you can instruct your buildds what to do. That was quite a while ago though, so it might have become more complicated in the mean time. I'm not sure.

 

When that's done, you "only" need to set up buildd instances. That part is fairly well documented these days, but if you can't figure it out I'd be happy to help out.
