The one Vincent has just explained a few seconds before on this list, on summary, when you upload a package to backports you have to tell the builder to include all logs since the last upload present on the archive for the Stable release. Its not automatic and it has to be specified on buildtime. The tricky part is when you have to build a package from which you are also uploading one of its dependencies at the same time. Since that first package is not on the archive and because the builder is unable to resolve that dependency by itself, you need to do some builder magic hooking and such.
