That's not entirely correct. That version is available in
squeeze-backports. The real question is

What is the correct command line to install (in squeeze) a package from
squeeze-backports-sloppy that has a dependency on a package in
squeeze-backports?

  apt-get install -t squeeze-backports-sloppy roundcube-core

does result in the above problem. And adding a second -t
squeeze-backports sounds weird - haven't tried this.

http://backports.debian.org/Instructions/ needs to be updated w.r.t -sloppy.
