Version scheme for wheezy-backports (was: Re: owncloud_5.0.13+dfsg-2~bpo7+1_amd64.changes REJECTED)

Please update the documentation [1] for wheezy-backports contributions  
and make it clear to everyone that everything except  
~bpo70+<build_int> gets rejected (although the generic scheme suggests  
~bpo${debian_release}+${build_int}", which should be bpo7+<build_int>  
for Debian 7).

Currently, the website only gives examples for squeeze-backports  
versioning and the wheezy-bpo archive contains several packages (not  
only from me) with ~bpo7+<build_int>.
