Maybe I'll manage to prepare backports for xserver 1.11 with updated major drivers (including nouveau), which might help. I'm still unsure we want to replace 1.10 with 1.11 in squeeze-backports though, maybe I'll provide a specific suite on my website for those. Mraw, KiBi.
