ITU: ming and swfmill

I would like to upload backports of the flash development packages ming and
swfmill.

I have backported them for my own needs, but based on some requests on the
ming lists, I think there is interest from others to get a fresh ming on Lenny.

Likewise, swfmill is just a newer version that has needed features as well.

The swfmill maintainer has given permisison for the backport upload, and
I give myself permission for the ming package.
