Suggestion for www Instructions

I had a slight difficulty following the instructions at http://backports.debian.org/Instructions/ because the "Get packages updated from backports.debian.org" section doesn't specify that the edits should be made to /etc/apt/preferences.  This is not a problem for anyone with sufficient experience with apt, or anyone who read the preceding section ("Use pinning for installation").  But I saw the note that "this method is not recommended" under the pinning section and skipped to the next instruction, which *is* recommended.  I was unsure where to add the additional lines until I scrolled up and saw that the previous instruction includes the relevant filepath.

This problem would be fixed by adding the line "to your /etc/apt/preferences (if you haven't use pinning before, the file has to be created)." immediately after the code box in the "Get packages" section.

I'm not sure if anyone else will find this suggestion valuable, but I think it would be nice for those of us who are not apt experts and don't have experience with pinning.

On the whole, it's nice to see backports move under the official Debian banner and continue to thrive.  Thank you all, and keep up the good work!
