There is no more linux-modules-xen package, it's now provided by the
usual linux-image package:

# apt-cache show linux-image-2.6.32-bpo.5-xen-amd64 | grep linux-modules
Provides: linux-image, linux-image-2.6, linux-modules-2.6.32-bpo.5-xen-amd64
