 That means that noone did the work to backport bzrtools to lenny yet.
So either you can use plain bzr from lenny-backports (without bzrtools)
or if you need bzrtools stick with the etch version of bzr. You might
also be able to convince the person that did the backport for bzrtools
to etch-backports to do it for lenny-backports too, or ask the
lenny-backporter of bzr to also pull in bzrtools.

 Personally, I don't use bzr so I don't want to maintain the backport of
it, just in case you wanted to ask. :)
