Packages for adoption

Hi, 

since Martin Krafft refuses to use a etch toolchain for his backports and
refuse dpkg 1.8 files. He asked for removal of the keyring. So the following
packages are now looking for someone who cares about it:

P.S. Please take care about your build environment, don't use any
unstable/testing tools for building packages if you don't have to. This
counts of course also to tools like dpkg-source, mergechanges and so on.
