RFB: sysvinit

Hi!

A new sysvinit has at last migrated into testing which fixes a major severe bug #426224.
As this deals with kernel 2.6.22 (which is in bpo repo) and higher, I very much appreciate
if someone backport also this package. Otherwise, users of kernels higher than 2.6.21
risk to reduce the lifetime of their SATA HDDs.
