Icedove backport available

Hi,
I've just backported Icedove for Debian Etch. I made no changes to the
packages but backported the needed libraries, as needed, too. I tried to
make the changelog entries suitable for upload on www.backports.org.
Relaxing the build dependencies seemed to be no option because of API
changes or the libraries not being available in Etch.

If there is need for having the packages on www.backports.org, please
review and upload them (DDs).
Regards
Micha
P.S.: The Lightning extension is cool!
