Oh forget what i was saying; didn't work for me i just realized. It installed the old version again. *sigh* I've read Rene's email and from what i understood *some* kind of JRE should be in contrib - however, there isn't, at least not one of the packages in java-gcj-compat, j2re1.4 or java2-runtime.
