trashcan in Kde 3.4 backport

KDE changed the trashcan behavior in KDE 3.4 in prior releases it was a folder 
in ~/Desktop. Now it is a link (url) to ~/.local/share/Trash. But 
Installation of KDE 3.4 does not run a postinst script to correct this.

So "move to trashcan" or "Delete" in Konquerer moves the file to the new 
trashcan, the old one stays empty, despite how many files you deleted.

So you have to do it by hand:

Delete current "old" trashcan. right click on desktop, 
add new url link to "trash:\".
