"Backports" of Arch: all packages welcome?

Hi,

many Arch: all packages in etch can simply be installed on sarge, the
only requirement is that their dependencies are available. However,
many people don't think about that, or don't want etch in their sources
list at all. So for them it would be convenient to have such packages
on backports.org, too.

The particular example why I'm asking is auctex - you can't build it on
a clean sarge system, but you can install the etch version on sarge
without problems. Should I upload it to backports.org?

If the answer is yes, this is also a request to add my key to the bpo
keyring.

TIA, Frank
