It can take some time until it is accepted; But if you're not DM,
you'll need an DD backing up the request. (I didnt check your status)
(as per https://wiki.debian.org/Alioth/PackagingProject)
Otherwise, another idea, you can just move the repository to the astro
team scm and afterwards delete the collab-maint one. (I can do the rm
for you)
