new siril package

Dear debian-astro maintainers,
we have released a new upstream version of siril to address the issue
that appeared with gsl-2.0 soon after the previous stable release.
The git should be ready to upload. Could you please review it and upload
the new package?
There is a lintian information that I don't understand:

I: siril source: unused-file-paragraph-in-dep5-copyright paragraph at
line 5

Does it make sense to you?

The 'powerfull' spelling error will be fixed in the next release, we
kind of forgot to merge it this 0.9 branch.
