Would you please update chealpix, healpix-cxx, and healpy?

In Subversion, I just committed a new upstream release for healpy. I also restricted it to 64-bit architectures, because of a known issue on 32-bit machines (https://github.com/healpy/healpy/issues/194).

In Subversion, I've made a whole batch of changes to chealpix, healpix-cxx, and healpy. With the fix for Riku's bug report, I think they are ready. Would you please sponsor chealpix_3.11.4-2, healpix-cxx_3.11.2-7, and healpy_1.7.4-3?
