More updates for chealpix, healpix-cxx, and healpy

Would you please build and upload the following packages from svn?

chealpix_3.11.4-3
healpix-cxx_3.11.2-8
healpy_1.8.1-2

The reason for the first two updates, chealpix and healpix-cxx, is to make the unit tests verbose again. The latest version of automake redirects stdout from unit tests to a file, which makes it very hard to determine why certain mips, arm, and sparc builds are timing out. I added a quilt patch that restores the old verbose unit test behavior.

The third update, healpy, should make that package lintian-clean by separating out some platform-independent data into an architecture=all package.
