gcc-snapshot works as well so there is something about gcc 10.2.0 that
tickles this bug. Someone more compiler/c++ clueful than me at arm is
bisecting to work out what's going on, so I am hopeful that we will
understand this reasonably soon, and can hopefully just backport a fix
into gcc-10.
