Humh, I think it's due to the previous version of the firmware didn't
set upstream_kernel=1. It has now been accepted in Buster proper, so
it no longer needs the kludge I set when building for RPi0/1.

I just checked on my 2, and it boots correctly. I also updated the web
page.
