Are you saying the apt-key syntax has been changed?  Thats what I'm 
looking for since the man page doesn't contain an example line to demo 
the syntax. And those options in the synopsis line just serve to add 
impenetrable fog.

This is the warning line I'm getting from an apt update.
W: GPG error: https://packagecloud.io wheezy InRelease: The following 
signatures couldn't be verified because the public key is not available: 
NO_PUBKEY B62D900077D1B979

First off it is a jessie install, but it names the missing key.  And I 
found it in sources.list.d/an accessory program I've not been able to 
use. I think its .list file best if nuked.
